By downloading, installing, or using Ingredients Exposed (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use, which form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard EULA (Apple Standard EULA) and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

• Ingredients Exposed Premium — Monthly: USD $4.99 / month.
• Ingredients Exposed Premium — Annual: USD $49.99 / year.
• Both include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your iTunes/Google account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before they end.
• No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer the App, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content shown in the App is provided for informational purposes only.

4. Disclaimer

The App provides general information about product ingredients. It does not provide medical, dietary, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related questions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
